Filip Gołba, PhD

Advocate

 

Advocate, advising entities belonging to regulated industries, primarily pharmaceutical and pharmacy, as well as litigation.

He advises on the day-to-day operations of enterprises, both in connection with the general requirements of economic law and specific sectoral regulations.

He was also involved in academic work: he taught at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University, participated in research projects carried out at the Department of Theory of Law and the Chair of Constitutional Law of the Jagiellonian University, financed by the National Science Center. His doctoral dissertation in the field of legal philosophy on interpretation and justification was awarded in the European Award for Legal Theory in 2020.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University and the School of American Law run in cooperation with the Columbus School of Law, The Catholic University of America in Washington. He also studied law at the University of Aberdeen and philosophy at the College of Inter-Faculty Individual Studies in the Humanities of the Jagiellonian University.
