During the Economic Forum in Karpacz, partner of our law firm, attorney Marcin Tomasik, chaired the panel "Lessons from the pandemic. How pharmacy regulations can support Polish patients ”. The substantive partner of the panel was the Office of the SME Ombudsman.
Important statements, incl. The Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector - Minister Ewa Krajewska and the Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Health - Minister Maciej Miłkowski on the development of pharmaceutical care and further services to be available to patients in pharmacies, continued prescription, pharmacy register and verticalisation of the Inspection. The participants discussed the stability and predictability of the application of the law, information about the services provided and the need to include pharmacies in the coordinated care system.
